Last December, we announced our new joint venture platform with Feldberg Capital. Known as Origin, this partnership is focused on delivering sustainable new industrial and logistics (I&L) spaces, with three developments already under way - SPARK, Walsall, INTER, Welwyn Garden City and ARK, Markham Vale.

In this new short film, our Executive Director Vivienne Clements joins Jamie Acheson, Managing Director at Feldberg Capital, to discuss the progress made so far. Jamie reflects on “a fantastic start” and the “great progress” achieved in a short space of time. He also highlights the “ESG compliant space” we are creating together.
